This type of contract is ideal for companies who are proficient in resolving most of their own issues. But occasionally may find that they are in need of assistance. You can submit your support request via phone, email or online. One of our engineers will then contact you and attempt to resolve the problem. This can be done either by phone or if the facility is available by connecting to you remotely and taking over your desktop. Around 90% of common problems can be resolved in this way eliminating costly site visits.
Standard
This plan includes the ACTIVE plan with the addition of 30 inclusive site visit hours. A complete system / network health check is also included that can be utilised at any point during the term of the contract *
Premium
This plan includes the ACTIVE plan with the  addition of 50 inclusive site visit hours. As with the standard  plan a health  check is  included along with an Audit/Inventory which can  be conducted at any point during the term of the contract* Why not amalgamate all of the above into a tailored support  plan, providing you with peace of mind, and reassurance that you have a  selection of tools available to you to resolve your issues quickly and  efficiently.
   * can only be utilised once per contract term.
