A dedicated support line staffed by experienced support specialists available Mon – Friday 08:30 – 17:30  Your call will be answered by a 1st line support engineer who will attempt to resolve any issue over the phone or remotely *.


Remote

Sit back and let us take control of the problem.  Our engineers will remotely connect to your PC or Server to troubleshoot and resolve most common issues.  Our clients have found this form of support to be highly cost effective and efficient.  Our engineers will tackle your problem as soon as your call is received, eliminating long unproductive periods of down time whilst waiting for an engineer to arrive. (Included as part of any support contract)


Health Check / Appraisal

Ensure you investment in technology provides you with a long term return IT systems like most things need to be regularly maintained and monitored.  Our health check service will identify any current or existing issues that maybe causing problems on your network.  In addition, we like to take a pro-active approach and use the opportunity that the Health Check provides to gather further information that will help to foresee any future issues.  This information will be provided in the form of a detailed Health Check / Appraisal report that can also be used in formulating plans and decision making. (Included as part of any support contract excluding remote)


Audit / Inventory

It's easy to loose track of what you have. Our audit / inventory service will provide you with a detailed report of your network infrastructure including drawings and specification lists.  This information is very useful, it can be used by management for asset management and tracking, it can also be used to minimise IT spending or even in identifying weaknesses or unnecessary duplication.
